We studied existing networking tools, user reviews, and real conversations with professionals to understand where traditional platforms fail. The same issues kept appearing. To validate this, we ran surveys and interviews across tech, startup, and independent professionals. Their feedback shaped the core of our direction. Unpacking Personas and Insights
Talentmapp needs to serve a wide range of professionals without losing clarity. Our research mapped three core groups. B2C users like freelancers and early stage founders who feel overwhelmed by crowded platforms and ineffective outreach. B2B teams who need faster and more accurate ways to find talent or partners. And external systems that rely on better matching through API level integrations. Each group shared the same need. A cleaner, more intentional networking experience that removes noise and surfaces the right people with minimum effort.
