10 Best MVP Design Agencies for B2B AI SaaS Companies - September 2026
MVP design agencies for B2B AI SaaS: ten studios ranked on shipped first versions, AI client proof, published pricing, and team shape.
If you are designing the first paid version of a B2B AI product, start with three names: Studio Maydit, basement.studio, and BX Studio. The full top ten, in order, is Studio Maydit, basement.studio, BX Studio, Kvalifik, Trueform, Push Refresh, Edgar Allan, Flowout, Digidop, and Lighthouse Digital. basement.studio and BX Studio lead the competitors because both have shipped interfaces for AI companies that sell to other companies. Digidop and Lighthouse Digital close the list. Both are good website teams, and an MVP is not a website.
A B2B AI MVP has a problem consumer apps do not. Two different people have to say yes. The person who will use the product every day wants it to feel fast and smart. The person who signs the invoice wants to know what it does with company data, who can see what, and what happens when it is wrong.
Most first versions are built for the first person and ignore the second. The demo goes well, the champion loves it, and then procurement asks a question nobody designed an answer to.
You also have a narrower window than a consumer team. A B2B buyer will give your product one meeting. If the value is not visible in that meeting, there is no second session to recover in. The MVP has to show its work early, not after an hour of setup.
Then there is the output problem. Your model is right most of the time. The first version has to make the remaining cases survivable, so a user can see why an answer was given and correct it without leaving the screen.
So the studio you want designs a product, not a homepage. It has drawn permission screens, empty states, and audit trails before, and it can tell you which of them you can skip in version one.
Each entry below ends with a table you can scan in under a minute.
How we picked these agencies
No studio paid to be here and none of them filled in a survey. Everything below comes from what each team publishes: its own website, its case studies, and public directory listings. We then put the same five questions to all ten.
Platform depth. Does the team ship working product interfaces, or mainly marketing sites? A first version has state, permissions, and errors. A studio that only builds pages has never had to design any of them.
AI-sector proof. Has the studio shipped for a company whose product runs on a model? That work teaches things a generic SaaS project does not, such as how to show confidence and how to let a user correct an answer.
Pricing transparency. Is a starting price published? For a team spending its first real design budget, a public floor is the only number you can compare before a call.
Team shape. How many people, and who runs the work week to week? On a short first build, the gap between the person who pitched and the person who delivers decides the outcome.
The agency's own website. The one project where the studio answered to nobody but itself.
That last question means less here than it does for a marketing project. A beautiful studio homepage says nothing about whether the team can design a role picker. We read it for one signal only: does the studio explain its own work plainly, or hide behind adjectives?
Where the numbers come from. We read each team's own pages and public directory listings in September 2026, and nothing was confirmed by email. Where a studio keeps its size or its start date to itself, the table says Not published rather than a guess.
What goes wrong when a B2B AI startup buys MVP design
Three failures, and each one shows up after the demo, not during it.
The MVP is designed for the champion and fails the buyer. The daily user gets a clean workspace. Nobody designs the parts the company asks about: who can see which records, what an admin can turn off, what the audit trail looks like. The deal stalls in security review while your engineers invent screens under pressure. Ask the studio to name the three account-level screens it would put in version one.
Value is buried behind setup. The product needs data connected, a workspace configured, and a model pointed at something before it does anything. A buyer with one meeting never gets there. A good studio designs a way to show the result first, on sample data, and treats real setup as step two.
Wrong answers have nowhere to go. The interface shows a confident output and no path to check it. When the model misses, the user cannot see what it used or fix it in place, so they stop trusting the whole product after two bad results. Ask to see a screen the studio designed for an answer that was wrong.
1. Studio Maydit: A Top-Rated Design Agency for AI Founders
Studio Maydit is a web and product design studio working with AI founders in the US, UK, and Europe. It builds in Framer, Webflow, and custom code, and keeps going into product design once the site is live. For a B2B first version, that second half is the point. The workspace, the permissions, and the moment a user checks an answer all get designed by the same people who wrote the homepage.
The clearest proof is Dualite. Design work supporting a repositioned ICP helped the product reach 100,000+ users in seven months. Wave, PixelFlow, Mi-VAD, and 15 other AI and SaaS teams are among the studio's recent clients.
There are two ways to buy. Fixed scope runs three to four weeks and suits a team with a launch or a demo date it cannot move. Teams that keep shipping take a monthly retainer instead, covering new pages, campaigns, and product design, with no long lock-in. Fixed-scope work ends with a diagnosis of what is leaking in the product, which on a B2B MVP usually means naming the screen where the buyer's question goes unanswered.

2. basement.studio
basement.studio works from Mar del Plata and Los Angeles, founded in 2018, with 11 to 50 people writing custom code and a published minimum. Its clients include Vercel, Cursor, ElevenLabs, Harvey AI, and Scale AI. Harvey AI and Scale sell to large companies with legal and security teams, so this studio has already designed for the buyer who asks hard questions.
The team is small for a long roadmap, and custom code means your engineers inherit whatever it writes. Agree who owns the repo before the first sprint.

3. BX Studio
BX Studio is a New York team of 11 to 50 working mainly in Webflow, with a published minimum and AI client work. Its clients include Reddit, Headspace, ASAPP, and Verifone. ASAPP sells AI to enterprise contact centres, which is the same sale you are making: a model doing work a department used to do, reviewed by a manager who needs proof.
It does not publish a founding year, and Webflow is the centre of its practice. If your MVP is a logged-in application, confirm how much of it the team designs versus builds.

4. Kvalifik
Kvalifik is a Copenhagen studio founded in 2015, with 11 to 50 people, published AI work, and clients including Veo, Maersk, and Relesys. Maersk is a large enterprise with real procurement, and Relesys sells software to companies with frontline staff. For a European B2B team, that mix plus a shared time zone makes review cycles short.
Pricing is not published, and Webflow is its main platform. Ask what part of a product build it has done recently rather than a site.

5. Trueform
Trueform is a Swiss studio founded in 2022, working in Framer, with published AI work and a published minimum. Clients include Miro, Morning Brew, Bilt Rewards, and Gather. Miro is a B2B tool that spread inside companies team by team, which is the motion most AI SaaS products are trying to copy.
Team size is not published and the studio is young. Framer is excellent for the marketing surface and is not where a permissions model gets built.

6. Push Refresh
Push Refresh is a Dallas team of 1 to 10 working in Framer, with a published minimum. Clients include SmithRx, Synonym, and Northern National. SmithRx sells into healthcare benefits, a slow B2B sale with a compliance review at the end, so the team has written for a careful reader before.
AI proof is partial and the team is very small. It publishes no founding year. For an MVP with a real application behind it, ask who does the product screens.

Best fit | Small B2B teams who want the founder doing the work and a price they can see |
7. Edgar Allan
Edgar Allan is an Atlanta studio founded in 2014, with 51 to 200 people working in Webflow, for clients including Porsche, Duracell, and NCR. NCR builds systems that retail and banking staff use all day, so the team has met the kind of buyer who cares about training time and support load.
Pricing is not published and AI proof is partial. Its work is brand and marketing led, which is a different job from designing a first product version.

Best fit | Funded B2B teams who need brand and site weight around a product built elsewhere |
8. Flowout
Flowout is a distributed Webflow studio with a published minimum. Its clients include Jasper, Kajabi, Riverside, and Sendlane. Jasper is an AI product sold to marketing teams, so the studio has explained a model-driven tool to a business buyer who does not care how it works.
It publishes no founding year and no team size, AI proof is partial, and the work is website work. A logged-in first version is outside what this studio shows.

9. Digidop
Digidop is a Paris team of 1 to 10, founded in 2021, working in Webflow with a published minimum. Clients include TSE Energy, Ramify, and StreamNative. StreamNative sells infrastructure to engineering teams, which is a B2B audience that reads carefully and forgives nothing vague.
It ranks ninth because a team this size has no room for product research, and Webflow is a website tool. AI proof is partial.

Best fit | European B2B teams who need a clear site on a modest budget |
10. Lighthouse Digital
Lighthouse Digital is a London Webflow studio with a published minimum, for clients including HelloSelf, Freetrade, and IGN. A public starting price is genuinely useful when you are comparing quotes for the first time.
It ranks last for this job. There is no published AI work, no team size, and no founding year, and the portfolio is marketing sites. A B2B AI first version needs product evidence this studio does not show.

How to choose between them
Sort by which question is stopping deals, not by whose portfolio looks best.
Security review keeps killing the deal. You need permissions, roles, and an audit view designed. Studio Maydit or basement.studio.
The manager above your user does not see the value. You need the oversight screen designed, not only the worker's. BX Studio.
You are selling into European enterprises. You need a team that knows that buyer and works your hours. Kvalifik.
The product is fine and the story is not. That is marketing surface. Trueform or Flowout.
Then run one test on the first call. Ask what they would cut from version one and why. A studio worth hiring names something specific, such as custom roles or bulk actions, and says what it would ship instead. A studio that says everything matters has not designed a first version before.
