About

Dualite is a local-first AI builder where over 100,000 people ship code from browser to production without their data ever leaving their system.

We led brand direction, designed and built the site in Framer, and stayed on as Dualite's product design partner as the platform scales. The site now sits on Saaspo alongside Linear and Cluely as one of the best SaaS websites on the web.

Challenge

Dualite was competing in a category where Replit, Lovable, and Emergent all look the same. Non-technical users could not tell one from the other, and Dualite needed a website that made the difference obvious on sight.

The product was strong, but similar enough on paper to a dozen other AI builders. The site had to lead with brand and imagery so a first-time visitor understood who Dualite was before they understood exactly what it did.

"We could see it in the usage data. First-time visitors from the non-technical crowd weren't grasping who we were fast enough. The site itself had to do that work before they ever opened the product."

Product

Dualite’s product spoke like it was built for engineers, but the people signing up were non-technical builders who just wanted to ship something. The interface had to start speaking their language.

So the work was as much editorial as visual. We went screen by screen and rewrote what the product said, then rebuilt the moments where people stalled: the first run, the empty project, the point where a build fails. Each one had to answer what happens next and why it matters.

Outcomes

The site gave Dualite a face no other AI builder has, and the product now speaks the language of the non-technical builders signing up for it.

Dualite has since grown past 100,000 users and finished #2 Product of the Day and #4 Product of the Week on Product Hunt. The team saw a better impressions-to-signup ratio and stronger brand recall, and the site sits on Saaspo among the best SaaS websites on the web. The product work went from zero to handoff in 60 days and grew into a seven-month design partnership.
