We led brand direction, designed the full landing page, and built the production site, including the illustration and motion system that carries the story. Chariot-1 TTS went from private enterprise access to a public research preview after our engagement.

Challenge

Chariot had to show world-class text to speech without being read as another TTS company. The site had to reach enterprise buyers, creative professionals and the public at once, and still land as a research lab.

Chariot had to show world-class text to speech without being read as another TTS company. The site had to reach enterprise buyers, creative professionals and the public at once, and still land as a research lab.

We resolved it by leading with the lab and using the model as proof: speech reasoning up front, the TTS demo below it, and the team’s shipped work behind, from the Prime Minister’s Office to Coca-Cola. Chariot-1 reads as the first result of the research, not the business.

“We don’t want people thinking it’s just another TTS company. If you highlight the text to speech too much, that’s an issue. If you don’t highlight it at all, that’s an issue. It’s this balance, which is a challenge.”
