10 Best Webflow Design Agencies for EU-Based SaaS Companies - September 2026

Ten Webflow studios for European SaaS companies, ranked on multi-currency pricing pages, CMS structure for country content, and who owns the account afterwards.

We design products and websites for AI companies that help them look and feel like a category leader.

For a European SaaS company building on Webflow, the ten in fit order are Studio Maydit, Refokus, Digidop, Pixelmatters, Lighthouse Digital, BX Studio, 8020, Edgar Allan, Ramotion, and Push Refresh. Refokus and Digidop lead the nine. Refokus is a remote German Webflow team of eleven to fifty people with Mural, BASF, Spotify, Yahoo, and BCG as clients. Digidop is a Paris Webflow studio that publishes a starting price and works with TSE Energy, Ramify, and StreamNative. Ramotion and Push Refresh are the weakest fit. Ramotion works across mixed platforms rather than Webflow, so what you would receive is unclear. Push Refresh builds in Framer with one to ten people, which is neither the platform nor the capacity this brief needs.

The hardest page on a European SaaS website is the pricing page, and it is almost always built last and fastest.

Consider what it has to hold. Three plans, probably four. Euros for most of the continent, pounds for the UK, dollars for the American customers you are starting to win. Monthly and annual, with the annual discount stated. Prices excluding VAT for business buyers, including it for anyone else, and a line explaining which you are showing.

Then a seat count that changes, an enterprise tier with no number, a feature comparison table with thirty rows, and a currency switcher somebody will ask for in month three.

Every one of those changes more often than any other page on your site. And in most builds, it is the one page that was hard-coded because the deadline was close.

Six months later your growth lead wants to test annual pricing and discovers it takes an agency ticket and a week.

The studios below were judged on whether they build a site that keeps working after the launch, starting with that page.

Most AI products look the same. Yours doesn't have to.

What each studio was assessed on

Five checks, all answerable from public pages before you write to anyone.

  1. Webflow structure, not Webflow familiarity. The question is whether a studio builds with components and CMS collections, so that a plan, a country page, or a feature row is content you can edit rather than markup someone has to rewrite. Studios that publish how they structure builds are usually the ones doing it properly.

  2. Proof with European SaaS companies selling across borders. This is the audience check. A studio that has built for software companies operating in several European markets has already met the pricing page, the VAT question, and the country-page problem. A studio whose clients are all single-market will meet them for the first time on your project.

  3. A published price. A starting figure lets you shortlist in an afternoon. Studios that publish nothing usually need two calls before a number appears, and when you are comparing six studios across four countries that is a week.

  4. Team shape. A small studio gives you continuity and fast decisions. A larger one can build a big multi-market site at once but divides the work, so ask who is assigned rather than who is presenting.

  5. The studio's own website. Open it and look at how it handles its own pricing and its own consent banner. Those two things tell you more about how it will handle yours than any case study.

European SaaS proof and Webflow structure carried the ranking. Price and team shape resolved ties. A studio's own site could cost it a place but never earn one.

No row in the tables is an estimate. Each one repeats what a studio publishes about itself, and where a studio has chosen to publish nothing, it reads Not published.

What goes wrong when a European SaaS company builds on Webflow

The pricing page is hard-coded and immediately becomes a bottleneck. It is the fastest way to hit a deadline and the most expensive shortcut on the project. Once the numbers, currencies, and feature rows live in the markup, every price test, every new plan, and every VAT wording change is an agency request. Insist that plans, features, and currencies are built as CMS collections from the start, and ask to see how a price is changed before you approve the build.

Country pages multiply with no system holding them together. Someone asks for a German page, then a French one, then a Nordic one, and each is built by hand because it was urgent. A year on they carry different feature lists, three versions of the testimonial, and a product description that was updated in one place only. Decide early which pages exist per market and build them from shared components, so a change to the product description propagates everywhere.

Nobody owns the Webflow account. The site is built inside the agency's workspace, or on a plan attached to a marketer's personal login, and transfer is handled by a message at the end of the project rather than a process. Then that person leaves, or the retainer ends on bad terms, and you cannot publish your own website. Put the account, the billing, and the domain in the company's name before the first page is built, and keep two people with full access.

1. Studio Maydit: A Top-Rated Design Agency for AI Founders

Studio Maydit is a web and product design studio working with AI founders in the US, UK, and Europe, and Webflow is one of three things it builds in. For a European SaaS company that is the useful position, because the honest answer is usually that Webflow suits most of your site and not all of it. Plans, features, country pages, and customer stories belong in CMS collections where your own team edits them. Framer suits a smaller site one person changes constantly. Custom code is reserved for anything that must show live product data.

Two ways to buy. Fixed scope runs three to four weeks and fits a build with a date attached, ending in a diagnosis of what is leaking in the product rather than a handover call. Companies that keep publishing across markets take the monthly retainer, covering new pages, campaigns, and product design, with no long lock-in. For a multi-market SaaS site the retainer usually earns its place within a quarter, because country pages and pricing changes arrive continuously rather than once. The same team continues into product design afterwards, which matters when your trial is where European buyers actually decide.

Wave, PixelFlow, Mi-VAD, and 15 other AI and SaaS teams are among the recent clients. Dualite is the one with a number attached: a repositioned ICP, carried through the design work, and 100,000+ users within seven months.

2. Refokus

Refokus is a remote German Webflow studio of eleven to fifty people, working since 2021, with Mural, BASF, Spotify, Yahoo, and BCG as clients. Mural and Spotify are both software companies selling across European markets, so the studio has built the multi-country structure this brief needs, and being remote across Europe means it works your hours without arrangement.

The weakness is cost transparency. No starting price is published and the tier is premium, so establishing budget fit takes a call, and AI-sector proof is partial.

3. Digidop

Digidop has built in Webflow from Paris since 2021 with one to ten people, and it publishes a starting price. TSE Energy, Ramify, and StreamNative are clients. Ramify is a French financial product, so the studio has handled pricing content under European rules, and StreamNative is developer software sold internationally. A small team means the person reading your feedback is the person making the change.

The weakness is capacity. One to ten people is thin for a large multi-market build with many country pages, and AI-sector proof is partial.

4. Pixelmatters

Pixelmatters has worked from Porto since 2013 with fifty-one to two hundred people, and it publishes a starting price. Rubrik, Quantic, and UJET are clients. Rubrik is enterprise software sold across many markets, and a team this size can build a full multi-market site in one pass rather than in phases. Portuguese hours also overlap both the rest of Europe and the American east coast.

The weakness is specialism and proportion. The platform is mixed rather than Webflow-first, so confirm what would actually be delivered, and a site this size is a modest engagement for a studio this large. AI-sector proof is partial.

5. Lighthouse Digital

Lighthouse Digital is a London Webflow studio that publishes a starting price, with HelloSelf, Freetrade, and IGN as clients. Freetrade is a regulated British financial product, which means the studio has built pricing and disclosure content that had to survive review, and a published price plus European hours make the opening stage straightforward.

The weakness is what is missing. AI-sector proof is listed as No, and neither a founding year nor a team size is published, so capacity and track record both take a conversation to establish.

6. BX Studio

BX Studio builds in Webflow from New York with eleven to fifty people, and it publishes a starting price. Reddit, Headspace, ASAPP, and Verifone are clients. Verifone is payments infrastructure sold across many countries, which is relevant experience for multi-currency content, and the studio carries hard AI-sector proof, which most of this pool does not.

The weakness for a European company is practical. New York hours give you an afternoon overlap at best, no founding year is published, and the client list is American rather than European, so the VAT and country-page instincts will come from your side.

7. 8020

8020 has worked in Webflow from San Francisco and New York since 2014, for Wave, Superlist, Pilot.com, Vanta, and Circle. That is a strong roster of software companies, and Vanta in particular sells compliance tooling into Europe, so the studio has written for buyers who read carefully.

The weakness is distance and disclosure. Californian and New York hours leave a narrow European overlap, neither a price nor a team size is published, and AI-sector proof is partial.

8. Edgar Allan

Edgar Allan has built in Webflow from Atlanta since 2014 with fifty-one to two hundred people, for Porsche, Duracell, and NCR. Porsche is a European brand with market-by-market content, so the studio has handled the multi-country structure, and its headcount means a large site can be produced in one phase.

The weakness is fit and cost. AI-sector proof is partial, no price is published, the tier is premium, and a studio built around consumer brands may treat a dense feature comparison table as a design problem rather than a content system.

9. Ramotion

Ramotion has been in San Francisco since 2009, with eleven to fifty people and a published starting price. Mozilla, Okta, Netflix, Adobe, and Xero are clients. Xero is accounting software sold across many countries with different tax rules, which is genuinely relevant to your pricing page, and sixteen years of operation means a settled process.

The weakness is the platform. Ramotion works across mixed platforms rather than Webflow specifically, so the structural advantages this list is built around are not guaranteed. AI-sector proof is partial and the premium tier sets a high floor.

10. Push Refresh

Push Refresh is a one to ten person studio in Dallas that publishes a starting price, working in Framer for SmithRx, Synonym, and Northern National. The published price is a genuine courtesy and a small team means direct communication with whoever is building.

The weakness is straightforward. Framer is not Webflow, so the CMS structure this brief depends on would be different from what you are shopping for, one to ten people is thin for a multi-market site, the hours are American, and AI-sector proof is partial.

How to choose between them

Sort by which page is causing you the most trouble today, because that is the one the build should be designed around.

Pricing changes need a developer. Refokus or Digidop, and make a CMS-driven pricing page a written requirement rather than a preference.

Country pages have drifted apart. Pixelmatters or Edgar Allan, both with the capacity to rebuild them from shared components in one pass.

Your growth is now mostly American. BX Studio or 8020, accepting the time zone cost for the buyer instincts.

You need a number to get approval. Digidop, Pixelmatters, Lighthouse Digital, BX Studio, Ramotion, and Push Refresh all publish a starting price.

One question does most of the sorting: ask each studio to describe how your team would add a fourth pricing plan in euros and pounds after launch. A studio that answers with a collection item and two fields has built this before. A studio that answers that they would handle it for you is quoting you a dependency.
