10 Best Webflow Migration Agencies - October 2026

Summarize with AI

If you need a studio to move your site onto Webflow and have not yet narrowed the job by the platform you are leaving, Studio Maydit is the best fit, because it builds in Framer, Webflow, and custom code and has no reason to push you toward one answer before it has read your old site. Of the other nine, BX Studio and Kvalifik lead: both build mainly in Webflow, both show AI-sector work, and BX Studio publishes a starting price. Ranked by fit, the ten studios worth reviewing are Studio Maydit, BX Studio, Kvalifik, Flowout, Digidop, Lighthouse Digital, Feely Studio, Engine Digital, Trueform, and Foundey. Engine Digital builds in custom code and Trueform in Framer, so neither is a Webflow shop. Foundey designs in Figma and does not build sites, which makes it the weakest fit for a move.

Most migration advice assumes a site lives in one place. At a lot of startups it does not.

Take an example company that sells an AI tool for reading insurance claims. Its first engineer coded the homepage and pricing page by hand. The blog runs on a hosted blogging tool at a separate blog subdomain. Help articles sit in a docs tool, and three event pages were built in a page builder the marketing team rented for one launch.

Each system kept its own rules. The blog files posts under tags typed as free text, so "Claims AI" and "claims-ai" count as two tags. The help center puts a number in every address. Two event pages still earn links from partner sites.

The team wants all of it in one Webflow project, so a marketer can publish a page, a post, or a customer story without asking an engineer. The trap is treating that as a single move. It is several moves at once, each with its own export format, address pattern, and way of storing what search engines read.

If you already know there is only one source, such as WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Drupal, or Framer, this site keeps a separate shortlist for each of those moves. This page is for the team still working out what it is actually moving.

Most AI products look the same. Yours doesn't have to. Client logos: Sathi, Dualite, Chariot, Pixelflow, Accocorp. Book an intro call with Studio Maydit.

How the nine were scored for a move from any CMS

We ran the same five checks on every studio in October 2026, using only its public pages and our fact sheet.

  1. Platform depth. The site ends up in Webflow whatever it runs on today, so we asked whether Webflow is the studio's main tool. Five of the nine say it is. Of the other four, one works across platforms, one codes, one uses Framer, and one only designs.
  2. Migration proof. A move from any CMS rests on three skills: turning old content into Webflow collections with the right fields, a 301 redirect for every changed address, and keeping what search engines read on each page. Our fact sheet holds no published migration case for any of the nine, so we ranked Webflow as the main platform first and AI-sector work second.
  3. Pricing transparency. A starting price lets a team rule a studio in or out before a call. We record only whether one is published, never the number.
  4. Team shape. Several sources mean several exports to clean. Headcount hints at whether that work can be split or runs through one person.
  5. The studio's own site. Find an old blog post from the studio's own site in a web archive and open its address today. A live page or a clean redirect means the studio protects its own links. A 404 hints at how it may treat yours.

The fifth check counts for more than it seems. A studio's own site has no client asking for changes, so it shows the standard the studio keeps when nobody is checking.

Each table row repeats what the studio states on its own pages, with no review sites and no guesses. Not published means the studio has not said.

What goes wrong when a site moves to Webflow from somewhere else

The old structure gets copied instead of redesigned. Every CMS stores content its own way. Some keep tags as loose text, and some type the author's name into each post. An import copies that shape into Webflow as plain text fields. It looks fine until marketing wants a page listing every post by one author. Plain text cannot filter like that, and fixing it after launch means editing hundreds of items by hand. Agree on the collections, their fields, and which fields are references before any import starts.

The redirect map covers the sitemap and nothing else. A sitemap lists the pages a site wants indexed today. It leaves out the old campaign page a partner still links to, the PDF a journalist cited, and the addresses from an earlier move that already redirect once. Pull every address that earned a visit or a link from Search Console and a backlink tool. If part of the site sat on a subdomain, decide where that subdomain will point, because a redirect can only be sent from a domain that still answers.

Links inside the content still point at the old addresses. The redirects work, so nobody notices that hundreds of links inside post bodies now detour through them. When a later change breaks one redirect, every link behind it breaks too. Canonical tags and structured data the old system wrote on its own go missing just as quietly. Rewrite internal links to the new addresses during the import, then crawl the new site for redirected links and missing tags before the old one is switched off.

The Studio Maydit website: design partner for taste obsessed AI companies

1. Studio Maydit: A Top-Rated Design Agency for AI Founders

A team moving onto Webflow from several systems needs someone who can read all of them before deciding what the new site should hold. Studio Maydit is a web and product design studio working with AI founders in the US, UK, and Europe. It builds in Framer, Webflow, and custom code, so a hand-coded homepage and a hosted blog are both familiar ground, and its work continues into product design after the site ships.

A move like this is sold as a fixed scope of three to four weeks, which suits a team with a launch or a raise already on the calendar. The project closes with a diagnosis of what is leaking in the product, such as readers who find the new docs and never start a trial. Teams that keep shipping after launch can switch to a monthly retainer for new pages, campaigns, and product design, with no long lock-in.

The clearest result is Dualite, a tool for developers, where design that supported a repositioned ICP helped the product reach 100,000+ users in seven months. The Dualite case study shows the website and the product side by side. Recent clients also include Wave, PixelFlow, and Mi-VAD, along with 15 other AI and SaaS teams.

2. BX Studio

BX Studio is a New York studio of eleven to fifty people. It builds mainly in Webflow, publishes a starting price, and lists Reddit, Headspace, ASAPP, and Verifone as clients. Its AI-sector proof is a yes. With content that runs from product pages to technical docs, ask how it would split your site into collections.

The weakness is the missing history. BX Studio does not publish its founding year, and nothing in our record shows a migration case. Ask for a redirect sheet from a past Webflow build.

3. Kvalifik

Kvalifik is a Copenhagen studio founded in 2015, with eleven to fifty people and Webflow as its main platform. Its clients include Veo, Maersk, and Relesys, and its AI-sector proof is a yes. Ask the team how they would structure your collections and references. A decade of building on one platform should show in how quickly they answer.

The weakness is the unknown cost. Kvalifik does not publish pricing, so budget fit waits for a call. A US west coast team will also find little overlap with a Copenhagen working day.

4. Flowout

Flowout is a distributed studio that builds mainly in Webflow and publishes a starting price. Its clients include Jasper, Kajabi, Riverside, and Sendlane, all software companies that publish a great deal. On sites like those, collections carry most of the pages, so ask Flowout to walk you through how it set one up.

The weakness is how little it says about itself. Flowout does not publish its founding year or its headcount, so you cannot judge who would staff a move with several sources. AI-sector proof is partial.

5. Digidop

Digidop is a Paris studio founded in 2021, with one to ten people and Webflow as its main platform. It publishes a starting price, and its clients include TSE Energy, Ramify, and StreamNative. In a team that small, the person who scopes the move usually builds it, so less gets lost between audit and import.

The weakness is capacity. Hundreds of items from three systems may stretch ten people, so ask how they would stage it. AI-sector proof is partial.

6. Lighthouse Digital

Lighthouse Digital is a London studio that builds in Webflow and publishes a starting price. Its clients include HelloSelf, Freetrade, and IGN. For a UK team, a local studio and a visible minimum make the first call quick. IGN is a large publisher, so ask how much content that build handled.

The weakness is sector proof. Lighthouse Digital shows no AI work in its public record, and it does not publish its founding year or team size.

7. Feely Studio

Feely Studio is a European studio of one to ten people that works across several platforms and publishes a starting price. Its clients include Noxus, Mutiny, Luasai, and Basic Capital, and its AI-sector proof is a yes. A studio that builds on more than one platform can read your old system without treating it as foreign ground.

The weakness is focus. Webflow is not confirmed as Feely Studio's main platform, so ask early where your new site will be built. A team this small may need longer for a move with several sources.

8. Engine Digital

Engine Digital has worked from Vancouver and New York since 2002. It builds in custom code, and its clients include Adidas, Autodesk, Goldman Sachs, and HP. If your current site is a coded stack with old integrations, a studio this experienced in custom builds can list what that code does before you leave it.

The weakness is the destination. Engine Digital builds in custom code, not Webflow, so the Webflow build itself sits outside its main practice. Its client list is large enterprise, it does not publish pricing or team size, and AI-sector proof is partial.

9. Trueform

Trueform is a Swiss studio in Wil, founded in 2022, that builds mainly in Framer and publishes a starting price. Its clients include Miro, Morning Brew, Bilt Rewards, and Gather, and its AI-sector proof is a yes. It is here only as a comparison for a team that has not ruled out Framer.

The weakness is plain. Trueform does not build mainly in Webflow, so a Webflow move is outside its main work. It does not publish its team size.

10. Foundey

Foundey is a San Francisco studio founded in 2021 that works only in Figma. Its clients include DemandIQ, Traycer, and Sero AI, and its AI-sector proof is a yes. It can design the new site, but the move itself would need a second team.

The weakness is that Foundey does not build. Collections, imports, and redirects would sit with a separate developer, adding a handoff where most migrations go wrong. Pricing and team size are not published.

How to choose between them

Sort by what is actually hard about your move.

Content spread across several tools. BX Studio or Kvalifik, with the collections and their references agreed before any design starts.

One small site and a fixed budget. Flowout, Digidop, or Lighthouse Digital, since all three publish a minimum.

An old coded stack with integrations nobody fully understands. Engine Digital for the audit, or Feely Studio if you want one small team across platforms, once it confirms Webflow.

Still unsure Webflow is the right destination. Talk to Trueform as the Framer comparison. Bring in Foundey only for design, with a developer already lined up.

A quick test before you sign: send three old addresses, one from your sitemap, one from a subdomain, and one that already redirects once. Ask where each will end up. A studio that has done this answers address by address. One that has not starts talking about the new homepage.

Looking for something else?

Mostly AI and SaaS teams who have outgrown their design: a site that no longer explains what they do, a product people sign up for but do not stick with, or a launch coming faster than their team can design for. They need senior design without building an in-house team.

Websites and products. For websites: positioning, copy, design, and a Framer, Webflow, or code build that turns visits into demos and signups. For products: research, flows, UI, and a design system, so users get value sooner and engineers have clear designs to build from.

A senior designer, assigned from day one, works on your project with Sid, our design lead, who you meet on the discovery call. You talk to both of them directly in Slack and on reviews, and the same people stay with your project from start to finish.

You work directly with the designers on your project, and you can see progress in Slack and Figma as it happens. At the end of every project, we also give you a written note on what is working well and what we would improve next.

Hiring can be the right call once design is a constant need. Until then, one person rarely covers brand, website, product, and build, and a senior hire can take months to find. We cover all of these from the start, and you can scale us up or down as your roadmap changes.

It depends on scope: a fixed price for a defined project, or a monthly retainer for ongoing work. Book an intro call and we will send a clear quote after hearing what you need.

Fixed scope suits work with a clear end point, such as a website, a launch page, or a defined set of screens. A retainer suits design that needs to keep pace with a roadmap that keeps changing.

A focused landing page or homepage usually takes two to three weeks. A full marketing site takes about four to six. Custom illustration, heavy motion, or a custom code build adds time, and we agree the timeline before we start.

Mostly through Slack with regular check-ins, and everything happens in Figma where you can comment directly. You always know what is in progress and what ships next.

Yes. A single landing page, an audit, or one core flow is a good way to see how we work before committing to more. Plenty of longer partnerships started that way.
