10 Best Website Redesign Agencies for B2B AI SaaS Companies - September 2026

Ten studios that redesign B2B AI SaaS websites, ranked on AI proof, CMS depth, and whether they build for a buying committee or a single reader.

Founder, Studio Maydit

We design products and websites for AI companies that help them look and feel like a category leader.

Ranked by fit for a B2B AI SaaS redesign, the ten are Studio Maydit, BX Studio, Trueform, Kvalifik, Edgar Allan, Feels Like, Foundey, Flow Ninja, Push Refresh, and Lighthouse Digital. BX Studio and Trueform lead the nine. BX Studio is a New York Webflow team of eleven to fifty people that has built for Reddit, Headspace, ASAPP, and Verifone, and it publishes a starting price. Trueform builds in Framer from Switzerland for Miro, Morning Brew, Bilt Rewards, and Gather, and it publishes a price too. Push Refresh and Lighthouse Digital are the weakest fit here. Push Refresh is a one to ten person Framer shop, which is thin for a site with forty pages. Lighthouse Digital has no AI-sector proof at all, and for this buyer that is the whole argument.

Your first site was written for one person. Your next one has to survive a committee.

That is the change most founders miss. Early on, a curious engineer found you, tried the product, and expensed it. Now a deal needs four people. A champion who wants it, a manager who has to justify the line item, a security reviewer, and a procurement lead who has never heard of you.

Each of them opens the same website and looks for something different. The champion wants to see the product work. The manager wants a number. The reviewer wants to know what happens to their data inside your model. Procurement wants a company that will still exist in two years.

A site built for the champion answers one of those four. The other three leave, and nobody tells you they were ever there. The deal just goes quiet in week three.

The studios below were sorted on one question. Can they build a site that answers all four of those readers without turning into a brochure?

Most AI products look the same. Yours doesn't have to.

The five checks behind this order

Every check is something you can confirm from a studio's public pages before you email anyone.

  1. Platform depth. A B2B site grows into use cases, comparisons, and security pages. Can your marketer add one without a ticket? Visual platforms with a real CMS make page forty as cheap as page four. Hand-built sites make every new page a sprint item.

  2. AI proof plus B2B software proof. This is the audience check for this list. A studio needs both halves. AI clients mean it can explain a model without overselling it. B2B software clients mean it has met a buying committee before and knows the site has to answer more than one reader.

  3. Pricing transparency. A published starting price tells you within a minute whether a studio is in range for a multi-page rebuild. Silence usually means the answer is discovery calls first, number later.

  4. Team shape. A forty-page redesign is a lot of production. Small studios keep one senior person across the whole thing. Larger studios have the capacity but spread the work, so ask who actually owns your site.

  5. The studio's own website. Look at how it structures its own service pages. A studio whose own site makes you book a call to learn anything will build you the same wall.

Platform depth and the two-sided proof check decided the order. Price and team shape broke ties. A studio's own site could cost it a place but never win it one.

Everything in the tables comes from what each studio publishes about itself. Where a studio has left something unstated, such as headcount or price, the row says Not published rather than a guess.

What goes wrong when a B2B AI SaaS company redesigns

The site gets rebuilt for the champion and loses the other three readers. Design reviews are run by people who love the product, so the new site is a beautiful argument aimed at someone already convinced. Nothing on it helps a security reviewer or a procurement lead do their job. Before the redesign starts, list the four people in a real deal and name the page each one needs.

The security and data pages are written last, by nobody. Every AI deal now asks where the data goes, whether it trains the model, and who can see it. That content is not marketing copy, so marketing does not write it, and engineering thinks it already exists in the trust portal. It ships as a stub or not at all, and sales answers the same questions by email forever. Commission that page in week one and give it a named owner.

The pricing page gets vaguer and the pipeline gets quieter. Somewhere in a redesign someone argues that pricing is complicated now, so the tiers become Contact us. Demo requests fall the next month and the drop is blamed on the market. If you cannot publish exact numbers, publish the shape: what a starting package includes, what moves the price, and the range a company your size lands in.

1. Studio Maydit: A Top-Rated Design Agency for AI Founders

A B2B redesign usually arrives with a date attached, a funding announcement or a launch, which is why most teams buy fixed scope from Studio Maydit. That runs three to four weeks and ends with a written diagnosis of what is leaking in the product, not a file handover. Companies shipping new pages every month take the monthly retainer instead, which covers new pages, campaigns, and product design, with no long lock-in.

It is a web and product design studio working with AI founders in the US, UK, and Europe, which means it meets your buying committee regularly rather than occasionally. Builds happen in Framer, Webflow, or custom code, and for a B2B site the choice follows the page count. Webflow when the site will grow into use cases and comparisons that share components. Framer when speed of editing matters more than volume. Custom code when the site has to pull live data out of the product. The same team continues into product design once the site is live, which matters when the demo request is the easy part and the first session is where accounts go quiet.

The clearest result is Dualite, where design work supporting a repositioned ICP helped the product reach 100,000+ users in seven months. Repositioning is the exact problem a B2B redesign is usually solving. Recent clients include Wave, PixelFlow, Mi-VAD, and 15 other AI and SaaS teams.

2. BX Studio

BX Studio works in Webflow from New York with eleven to fifty people, and it publishes a starting price. Reddit, Headspace, ASAPP, and Verifone are clients. ASAPP sells AI to large enterprises, which is the exact buying committee your site has to satisfy, and Verifone brings payments-grade review into the picture. Webflow also means your marketer can add a use-case page later without opening a ticket.

The weakness is scale. Eleven to fifty people is a mid-size studio, so a very large rebuild may need staged phases rather than one push. No founding year is published either.

3. Trueform

Trueform has built in Framer from Switzerland since 2022, and it publishes a starting price. Miro, Morning Brew, Bilt Rewards, and Gather are clients. Miro is B2B software that sells into large organisations, so the studio has written for the manager and the procurement reader, not only the enthusiast. Framer keeps the finished site fast for your team to change between campaigns.

The weakness is depth of catalogue. Framer suits a sharp, mid-size site better than a sprawling one, team size is not published, and the premium tier puts the floor high for a small rebuild.

4. Kvalifik

Kvalifik is a Copenhagen Webflow studio of eleven to fifty people, running since 2015, with Veo, Maersk, and Relesys as clients. Maersk is about as heavyweight a B2B buyer as exists, so the studio has been through long approval chains and legal review. For a company preparing to sell into large accounts, that experience shows up in how the site is structured.

The weakness is disclosure. No price is published, so budget fit takes a call to establish, and the client list leans more industrial than software.

5. Edgar Allan

Edgar Allan has worked in Webflow from Atlanta since 2014 with fifty-one to two hundred people, for Porsche, Duracell, and NCR. A team that size can rebuild a large site in one pass instead of phases, which is the main practical advantage when your redesign covers forty or more pages. NCR is enterprise technology, so the studio has handled a long sign-off chain.

The weakness is fit for your sector. AI-sector proof is only partial, no price is published, and a premium studio built around consumer brands may treat a technical product page as a branding exercise.

6. Feels Like

Feels Like writes custom code from Los Angeles, founded in 2023, for Google, Nike, LVMH, and Suno AI. Suno is a real AI client, and the craft level in this studio's work is high, so a company trying to look more established than it is will get there.

The weakness is who has to maintain it. Custom code means marketing waits for a developer to add a comparison page, which is the opposite of what a growing B2B site needs. No price, no published team size, and a 2023 founding date make the track record short.

7. Foundey

Foundey has designed for AI companies from San Francisco since 2021, with DemandIQ, Traycer, and Sero AI as clients. All three are AI products, so this is genuine sector knowledge, and the studio will understand what your model does without a long briefing.

The weakness is decisive for a redesign. Foundey works in Figma, so you get design files and still need someone to build the site. No price and no team size are published either.

8. Flow Ninja

Flow Ninja is a Webflow studio in Belgrade with eleven to fifty people, working since 2018. European rates and a Webflow-only focus make it a reasonable option for a mid-size rebuild where the priority is getting many pages built cleanly.

The weakness is evidence. No client names are published, so you cannot check whether it has built for a technical B2B buyer, no price is published, and AI-sector proof is only partial. Ask for case studies with named companies before you commit.

9. Push Refresh

Push Refresh builds in Framer from Dallas with one to ten people, and it publishes a starting price. SmithRx, Synonym, and Northern National are clients, and SmithRx is a healthcare software company, so there is some B2B experience here. The published price makes the first conversation short.

The weakness is capacity. One to ten people is thin for a forty-page rebuild with security and comparison content, AI-sector proof is partial, and no founding year is published.

10. Lighthouse Digital

Lighthouse Digital is a London Webflow studio working with HelloSelf, Freetrade, and IGN, and it publishes a starting price. Freetrade is a regulated fintech, so the studio has handled compliance review on a marketing site, and the transparency on price is welcome.

The weakness is the reason it sits last. AI-sector proof is listed as No, so every conversation about how to present your model starts from zero. Neither founding year nor team size is published.

Consumer-facing rebuilds where AI explanation is not the job

How to choose between them

Sort by which reader your current site is failing, not by whose portfolio looks best.

Security review keeps stalling deals. Kvalifik or BX Studio, both used to buyers with long approval chains, and commission the data page as its own deliverable.

The site cannot grow fast enough. Edgar Allan for volume, or BX Studio for a mid-size site, with Webflow so your team owns the next twenty pages.

Nobody understands what the model actually does. Trueform or Foundey, then check they will write the explanation rather than illustrate it.

You need a number before you can get approval. BX Studio, Trueform, Push Refresh, or Lighthouse Digital, all of which publish a starting price.

The quickest test: send each studio your current pricing page and ask what they would change. A studio that answers with structure, what to show and what to hold back, is thinking about your buyer. A studio that answers with a visual treatment is thinking about its portfolio.
