The short answer for a founder leaving Wix is this list, best fit first: Studio Maydit, Refokus, Ramotion, Pixelmatters, Trueform, Instrument, Push Refresh, Engine Digital, Feels Like, and Foundey. Of the nine others, Refokus and Ramotion come out ahead. Refokus is the only one whose main platform is Webflow, and it has built for Mural, Spotify, and BCG from a remote German base since 2021. Ramotion has worked from San Francisco since 2009 across several platforms, publishes a starting price, and lists software companies like Okta and Xero. Feels Like and Foundey sit at the bottom for this job. Feels Like builds in custom code, not Webflow. Foundey delivers Figma files only, so nobody on its side would move a single page. One warning covers all nine: none publishes a Wix to Webflow move in the records we checked.
Think of a two-person AI startup that built its first site on Wix over a weekend. It needed a waitlist page, and Wix got it live by Sunday night.
Eighteen months later the company has fourteen people and a seed round. The site has grown by accident. There are 60 blog posts, a pricing page edited by three different people, and a waitlist form that still sends signups to a spreadsheet.
The reasons to move are ordinary. The first marketing hire wants thirty use-case pages built from one template. Pages load slowly on phones. An investor said, kindly, that the site looks like a side project.
Here is the part founders miss. One of those blog posts, a plain comparison of vector databases, pulls in 3,000 visits a month and most of the free trial signups. Wix filed it under /post/. A new Webflow site will file it somewhere else unless someone decides otherwise.
A migration is judged by what arrives safely, not by how the new homepage looks. The studios below are ranked on who is most likely to get everything across.

How we sorted studios for a Wix to Webflow move
We ran five checks on each studio, and all of them can be done from a laptop in an afternoon.
- Platform depth. Does the studio build in Webflow as its main practice, as one platform among several, or not at all? This matters more in a migration than anywhere else. A Framer or custom code studio will often suggest you land somewhere other than Webflow. A Figma-only studio will hand you designs and leave the move to you.
- Platform-migration proof. Moving a live site means a redirect for every old URL, a CMS rebuilt as real collections, and search rankings carried across. This was the heaviest check, and the public record is weak. None of the nine publishes a Wix to Webflow case study in the facts we hold. So we scored the nearest signal, Webflow as the primary platform, then mixed-platform studios that can build there. Ask any shortlist for a before and after URL list from a past move.
- Pricing transparency. An early-stage team has a small budget and a Wix plan that renews on a fixed date. A published starting price tells you in a minute whether a studio is worth a call.
- Team shape. Redirect maps and content audits are dull, and dull work gets passed to the most junior person. We noted team size to guess whether a senior person would own it, or whether a big team would find a twenty-page site too small to bother with.
- The studio's own website. Type in a made-up old URL on the studio's own site and see what happens. Check that it loads fast on your phone. A studio that leaves its own dead links unhandled will leave yours.
Checks one and two set the order. Pricing and team shape split close calls. A studio's own site counted as a hard limit, because the care it gives itself is the most care you should expect.
The tables use only facts each studio has put on its own pages. Nothing was guessed, and nothing came from review sites. Where you see Not published, the detail is simply absent from the studio's public record, and we did not fill it in.
What goes wrong when a startup moves from Wix to Webflow
The /post/ URLs change and nobody maps them. Wix puts every blog article under /post/. Webflow puts them under whatever the collection is named, often /blog/. The new site looks perfect, so the change goes unnoticed. Then the comparison post that brought in trial signups returns a 404, and rankings slip over the next two months. Pull every URL from the Wix sitemap before you touch anything. Add a 301 redirect for each one in Webflow's settings, then test them all.
The Wix plan is cancelled before the move is checked. A founder wants to stop paying twice and deletes the Wix site on launch day. Months of waitlist signups and contact form entries were still stored in Wix. Posts copied over by hand can also still point to images hosted on Wix, and they break once the old site is gone. Export contacts and form data first, move every image into Webflow, and keep the Wix plan for a few weeks after launch.
Pages are copied one by one instead of rebuilt as collections. The studio recreates each Wix page as a static Webflow page. It looks the same, but the marketing hire still cannot add a use-case page from a template. Page titles, meta descriptions, and image alt text often stay behind too. Plan the CMS collections before design starts, and move the SEO settings with each page.

1. Studio Maydit: A Top-Rated Design Agency for AI Founders
Many early AI teams outgrow a Wix site before they outgrow their first office. Studio Maydit helps them make the jump. It is a web and product design studio, and it works with AI founders. Those founders sell in the US, UK, and Europe.
A Wix plan renews on a set date, and that date usually decides how the move is bought. Fixed scope suits it. The project runs three to four weeks and ends with a diagnosis of what is leaking in the product, such as signups who never finish onboarding. Once the site is on Webflow, new use-case pages and launch campaigns keep arriving. That is what a monthly retainer is for: new pages, campaigns, and product design each month, and no long lock-in.
Webflow is the natural home for a startup that wants a marketer to publish from templates. The studio also builds in Framer for teams that change pages daily, and in custom code when the site must share parts with the app. After the move, the work can carry on into product design.
100,000+ users in seven months is the number from Dualite. It came after design work that supported a repositioned ICP. Other recent clients are Wave, PixelFlow, and Mi-VAD, as well as 15 other AI and SaaS teams.

2. Refokus
Refokus is a remote studio based in Germany, founded in 2021, with eleven to fifty people and Webflow as its main platform. Its clients include Mural, BASF, Spotify, Yahoo, and BCG. Of the nine studios here, it is the one where rebuilding your pages as proper Webflow collections is the daily craft, not a side skill. Mural is a software product, so the team has also built for a company that grows through signups.
The weakness is budget and proof. Pricing is not published and the studio sits at the premium end. AI-sector proof is partial, and no Wix migration is listed, so ask for a past redirect map.

3. Ramotion
Ramotion has worked from San Francisco since 2009, with eleven to fifty people and a published starting price. Its clients are Mozilla, Okta, Netflix, Adobe, and Xero. Okta and Xero are software companies with free trials and many product pages, the kind of site a growing AI startup is trying to become. A price on the site helps a seed team plan before the Wix renewal.
The weakness is platform certainty. Ramotion works across several platforms, so Webflow is not confirmed as its main one. Check that your build will land there. AI-sector proof is partial.

4. Pixelmatters
Pixelmatters has been in Porto since 2013 and has fifty-one to two hundred people. It publishes a starting price and lists Rubrik, Quantic, and UJET. A team that large can split a migration cleanly. Designers rework the pages while others audit old content and build the URL map.
The weakness is scale. A twenty-page Wix site is a small job for a studio this size. It works across several platforms, so Webflow is not confirmed as its main one, and AI-sector proof is partial.

5. Trueform
Trueform is a Framer studio in Wil, Switzerland, founded in 2022, with direct AI proof and a published starting price. Its clients include Miro, Morning Brew, Bilt Rewards, and Gather. For an AI founder leaving Wix, it brings a client list of fast-growing brands and a clear price.
The weakness is the destination. Trueform builds in Framer, not Webflow. If you are set on Webflow, this is the wrong studio. If you are still open, it can make a fair case for Framer instead. Team size is not published.

6. Instrument
Instrument is a Portland studio founded in 2005 that works across several platforms. It lists Nike, Microsoft, Electronic Arts, and Google as clients. That list suggests it is used to very large brands where many teams touch the site.
The weakness is fit for an early team. A studio used to brands of that size may see a Wix startup site as too small. Webflow is not confirmed as its main platform, no headcount or price appears on its site, and AI-sector proof is partial.

7. Push Refresh
Push Refresh is a small Framer studio in Dallas, with one to ten people and a published starting price. SmithRx, Synonym, and Northern National are among its clients. A founder on a tight budget gets a clear price and direct contact with the people doing the work.
The weakness is platform. It builds in Framer, so a Webflow move sits outside its main practice. No founding date is published, AI-sector proof is partial, and a tiny team may struggle with a large blog.

8. Engine Digital
Since 2002, Engine Digital has written custom code from offices in Vancouver and New York. Adidas, Autodesk, Goldman Sachs, and HP are on its client list. It suits companies that need a site built by engineers and tied into other systems.
The weakness is the whole point of the move. Founders leave Wix so a marketer can publish pages alone, and a custom code site brings back the need for a developer. It does not list Webflow. Neither its headcount nor its prices are public, and its AI record is partial.

9. Feels Like
Feels Like is a young Los Angeles studio, founded in 2023, with direct AI proof through Suno AI and big names like Google, Nike, and LVMH. An AI consumer app that wants a memorable launch look would find a lot to like.
The weakness is platform. It builds in custom code, not Webflow, so it would move you off Wix to a site your team cannot easily edit. It also keeps its headcount and prices private.

10. Foundey
Foundey is a San Francisco studio founded in 2021 that works with early AI companies such as DemandIQ, Traycer, and Sero AI. Its AI proof is direct, and it knows founders whose pitch is still changing.
The weakness is delivery. Foundey designs in Figma only. It would not build the Webflow site, set up collections, or add redirects, so you would still need a second team to do the actual migration. Its size and rates are not public either.

How to choose between them
Open your analytics first, and pick based on what you cannot afford to lose.
A few blog posts bring most of your signups. Refokus, with the redirect map as the first thing delivered.
You want the site redesigned, not just moved. Ramotion, or Pixelmatters for a larger content library.
You are not fully sure Webflow is right. Hear the Framer case from Trueform or Push Refresh before you commit.
You already have a Webflow developer. Foundey for design only.
One test for any shortlist. Send the studio your Wix sitemap link and ask what happens to your /post/ pages. A studio that has done this replies with a URL count and a redirect plan. One that has not replies with talk about fonts.
