10 Best Squarespace to Webflow Migration Agencies - September 2026
Best agency for a Squarespace to Webflow migration: ten studios compared on Webflow depth, what happens to your bookings and member area, and who rebuilds rather than copies.
Best fit first, here is the shortlist for a Squarespace to Webflow move: Studio Maydit, Flowout, Fantasy, SuperSkills, Trueform, Push Refresh, basement.studio, Phantom, Engine Digital, and Foundey. Of the nine others, Flowout and Fantasy lead. Flowout is the only studio here whose main platform is Webflow, it publishes a starting price, and it has built for Jasper, Kajabi, Riverside, and Sendlane. Fantasy works across platforms from San Francisco and New York, has been running since 1999, and has direct AI proof. Engine Digital and Foundey are the poorest match. Engine Digital writes custom code, which is the opposite of what you want when the goal is a site your marketer can edit. Foundey hands over Figma files and builds nothing. One caution applies to all nine. None of them publishes a Squarespace to Webflow move in the public record we checked.
Squarespace is usually chosen for a good reason. A founder without a designer picks a template that already looks finished, and for a year that is the smartest decision the company made.
The trouble starts when the company gets opinions. Someone wants a pricing table with four columns and a toggle. Someone wants a use-case page built from a template so the next twelve are cheap. Someone wants the demo video above the fold on mobile and below it on desktop.
Squarespace answers all three the same way. Not quite, and not without a workaround.
By then the site is also carrying things that are not really a website. A booking link running on Acuity. An email list with 4,000 people on it. A member area behind a login with the onboarding docs inside. A domain bought inside the same account as the hosting.
That is the real shape of a Squarespace migration. The pages are the easy half. The studios below are sorted by who is most likely to handle the other half.
How these studios were sorted for a Squarespace move
Five checks, all of them things you can confirm yourself in under an hour.
Platform depth. Is Webflow the studio's main practice, one of several it uses, or absent? On a migration this outranks everything else. A Framer studio will make the case for Framer, which is a fair case but a different project. A Figma-only studio hands you files and no site.
Platform-migration proof. A live move means every old URL has a destination, the blog becomes a real CMS collection, and the tools bolted onto the old site keep working. The public record here is thin. Not one of the nine names a Squarespace move on its site. So the closest honest signal was scored instead: Webflow as the primary platform first, then studios that build across platforms and could land you there. Ask any shortlist to show the URL map from a past move before you sign.
Pricing transparency. Squarespace bills annually and the renewal date sets the deadline. A studio that publishes a starting figure tells you in thirty seconds whether the conversation is worth having.
Team shape. Content audits and redirect maps are tedious, and tedious work gets handed down. Headcount is a rough guide to whether a senior person stays on a small job or hands it to whoever is free.
The studio's own website. Load it on a phone on mobile data. Type a nonsense path onto the end of its domain and see whether you get a real 404 or a broken page. However a studio treats its own site is the ceiling on how it will treat yours.
Checks one and two decided the order. Price and team size broke ties. The studio's own site was treated as a limit rather than a bonus.
Every table below uses only what each studio states publicly. Nothing was estimated and no directory listings were used. Not published means the studio has not said, and we left it at that.
What goes wrong on a Squarespace to Webflow move
The parts that are not a website get left behind. Squarespace quietly runs things Webflow has no equivalent for. Acuity takes your bookings. Email Campaigns holds your list. Member Areas sits behind a login with your onboarding material inside it. Commerce takes payments. A studio quoting on page count will not ask about any of this, and you find out on launch day when the booking link goes nowhere. Write down every non-page feature before you brief anyone, and decide for each one whether it moves, gets replaced by a third-party tool, or gets dropped on purpose.
The rebuild copies the template instead of replacing it. You are leaving because the template would not bend. A studio working fast will recreate the same layout in Webflow, section for section, because that is the quickest way to get sign-off. Now you have the old constraints, a new bill, and no reusable components. Ask to see the component list and the CMS collections before any page design starts. If the answer is a set of static pages, you bought a copy.
The images and the domain stay behind. Squarespace serves your images from its own storage. Posts moved by copy and paste keep pointing there, so they look fine right up until the account lapses, then every image on the blog goes grey. The domain is often bought inside the same account, so cancelling hosting can take the domain with it. Download the full image library, re-upload it to Webflow, and sort the domain out weeks before you plan to close the account.
1. Studio Maydit: A Top-Rated Design Agency for AI Founders
A Squarespace template is a decision that was right once and stopped being right. Studio Maydit is a web and product design studio for AI founders in the US, UK, and Europe, and this is a common reason they call.
The move is usually bought as fixed scope, because the Squarespace renewal is a real date on a calendar. Three to four weeks, a defined scope, and at the end a diagnosis of what is leaking in the product rather than a handover email. Companies that keep shipping after launch switch to a monthly retainer instead, which covers new pages, campaigns, and product design, with no long lock-in.
Webflow is the right landing spot when a non-technical marketer needs to publish without help, and that is usually the whole point of leaving. The studio also builds in Framer when pages change daily, and in custom code when the site has to share components with the product. The work carries on into product design once the site is live.
Dualite is the clearest result: design work supporting a repositioned ICP helped the product reach 100,000+ users in seven months. Wave, PixelFlow, and Mi-VAD are recent clients, along with 15 other AI and SaaS teams.

2. Flowout
Flowout is a distributed studio with Webflow as its primary platform, and it publishes a starting price. Jasper, Kajabi, Riverside, and Sendlane are on its client list. Kajabi and Sendlane both run large marketing sites where pages are produced constantly, which is the state a company is trying to reach when it leaves a template. Of everyone here, this is the studio where rebuilding a blog as a proper Webflow collection is routine rather than unusual.
The weakness is depth of record. AI-sector proof is partial, no founding date or headcount is published, and it sits at the budget end, which can mean a production-led process rather than a strategic one. Ask who owns the redirect map.

3. Fantasy
Fantasy has worked from San Francisco and New York since 1999 and builds across platforms, with direct AI proof. Nearly three decades of work means it has moved sites off platforms that no longer exist, which is the experience a migration actually draws on. For a founder who wants the move treated as a rebuild rather than a copy, that history is the argument.
The weakness is opacity and scale. No client list, headcount, or price is published, and it sits at the premium end, so a fifteen-page Squarespace site may be far below its usual size of engagement. Webflow is not confirmed as where it would build.

4. SuperSkills
SuperSkills is a one to ten person studio in Walnut Creek, California, working across platforms with direct AI proof, and The Cut is its named client. A team this size means the person you brief is the person who builds, which matters on a job where the awkward details are all in the handover. It also sits at the budget end, so a small site is worth its time rather than beneath it.
The weakness is evidence. One named client, no founding date, no published headcount beyond the band, and no price. Webflow is not confirmed as its main platform, so confirm the destination before anything else.

5. Trueform
Trueform has built from Wil, Switzerland since 2022, has direct AI proof, and publishes a starting price. Miro, Morning Brew, Bilt Rewards, and Gather are clients, which is a list of companies that publish a lot and publish often. A founder leaving Squarespace for editorial freedom will recognise that shape of site.
The weakness is the destination. Trueform builds in Framer. If Webflow is settled, this is the wrong studio. If you are still deciding, it is the best-evidenced Framer case on the list. Team size is not published.

6. Push Refresh
Push Refresh is a one to ten person Framer studio in Dallas that publishes a starting price. SmithRx, Synonym, and Northern National are its clients. For a founder watching an annual renewal, a published figure and a small team mean a quick answer and no account manager in between.
The weakness is platform and capacity. It builds in Framer, not Webflow, and a team of that size will find a large blog library slow going. No founding date is published and AI-sector proof is partial.

7. basement.studio
basement.studio works in custom code from Mar del Plata, Argentina and Los Angeles, founded in 2018, with eleven to fifty people and a published starting price. Vercel, Cursor, ElevenLabs, Harvey AI, and Scale AI are clients, which is the strongest AI-native list on this page by some distance.
The weakness is the destination, and it is a serious one here. A custom-coded site undoes the reason most people leave Squarespace, because your marketer goes back to filing tickets with a developer. AI-sector proof is direct, but the platform is wrong for this brief.

8. Phantom
Phantom has offices in London and Auckland, was founded in 2013, and has fifty-one to two hundred people writing custom code. Diageo, SAP, Financial Times, and Zendesk are clients, and it has direct AI proof. A team that size can run a content audit and a design track at the same time.
The weakness is fit. Custom code takes editing away from your marketing hire, the studio works at enterprise scale, and no price or Webflow practice is published. A fifteen-page site from a seed-stage company is not the job it is set up for.

9. Engine Digital
Engine Digital has written custom code from Vancouver and New York since 2002, for Adidas, Autodesk, Goldman Sachs, and HP. It is built for sites that plug into other systems and carry a lot of traffic.
The weakness is direction of travel. This is a move away from self-service editing, which is the one thing a Squarespace refugee is buying. Webflow does not appear in its practice, headcount and pricing are private, and AI-sector proof is partial.

10. Foundey
Foundey is a San Francisco studio founded in 2021 that works with early AI companies including DemandIQ, Traycer, and Sero AI. Its AI proof is direct and it understands founders whose positioning is still moving.
The weakness is decisive for this job. Foundey delivers Figma files. It would not build the Webflow site, create the collections, move the images, or write a single redirect, so you would still need a second team for the migration itself. Size and rates are not published.

How to choose between them
List your non-page features first, then pick on what would hurt most to lose.
Bookings, a member area, or an email list are running inside Squarespace. Flowout, and make the inventory the first deliverable before any design.
You want the move to fix the positioning, not just the platform. Fantasy, or SuperSkills if you want one senior person rather than a large team.
Webflow is not settled yet. Hear the Framer argument from Trueform or Push Refresh before you commit to anything.
Your site needs to share components with the product. basement.studio, and accept that your marketer will need a developer.
One test for any studio on your shortlist. Ask what happens to your Acuity booking link and your Member Areas content after launch. A studio that has done this before asks three questions back. A studio that has not talks about the homepage.
