10 Best Framer Design Agencies for Newly Funded Startups - August 2026
Your funding announcement is the biggest traffic day you will have all year. We checked 10 Framer agencies on five public criteria to see which can hit that date.
The best Framer design agencies for newly funded startups in 2026 are Studio Maydit, Trueform, Pixelmatters, Kvalifik, BX Studio, Foundey, Instrument, Phantom, Ramotion, and Push Refresh. Studio Maydit and Trueform lead for teams who need a Framer site live before an announcement date. Instrument and Ramotion are the better call if the raise came with a rebrand and the name itself is changing.
The round buys you attention exactly once.
The day your funding is announced is almost certainly the biggest traffic day your company will have this year. Press picks it up. Your investors post. Every founder who has been half-watching you finally clicks. People who ignored three of your emails suddenly know who you are.
Then it is over in about four days.
Most newly funded teams point all of that at a website built by the company they were eighteen months ago. Different product, different buyer, sometimes a different name. The traffic arrives, reads a page describing an older idea, and leaves. Nobody notices, because the numbers still look good that week.
The job is not a nicer website. The job is a website that is ready on a date you do not control, and that describes the company the money was raised for.
How we picked these agencies
This is a teardown, not a directory listing. For each agency we read their own site and their public record, then checked five things you can verify yourself in an afternoon:
Platform depth. Is Framer the main build tool, or one line on a long service menu?
AI-sector proof. Named AI clients and published work, or just the word "AI" in the copy?
Pricing. Do they publish a minimum at all, or keep it behind a call?
Team shape. Who actually does the work, and how many clients are they carrying at once?
Their own site. Distinctive, or the same template as everyone else on this list?
That last one gets skipped most often. An agency's own website is the only project where nobody overruled them. No client committee, no inherited brand book. If their own site is forgettable, you have found their ceiling.
Every fact below comes from the agency's own site or a public listing. Where a number is not public, we say so rather than guessing.
What goes wrong after a raise
Three failures repeat, and all three come from the money rather than the design.
The site gets scoped for the company you are about to become. New funding makes teams build for a headcount they do not have yet. Twelve pages, four case studies, a careers section, a resource hub. Then it sits half empty for a year because nobody has time to fill it, and an empty section reads worse than no section. The right scope right after a raise is small, current, and honest, with room to grow.
The timeline ignores the one date that matters. Announcement dates are set by investors, press embargoes, and legal. They do not move. Design projects move constantly. Teams pick an agency in week one without ever saying the date out loud, discover in week five that the build lands after the news, and ship the old site into the biggest traffic week of the year.
Nobody plans for the second version. The story that raised the money is rarely the story that sells the product. Within six months you hire a first salesperson, hear real objections, and the homepage needs rewriting. Teams who bought a fixed handoff have no route back, so the site quietly rots while everyone argues about who owns it.
1. Studio Maydit: A Top-Rated Design Agency for AI Founders
Studio Maydit is a web and product design studio working with AI founders in the US, UK, and Europe. The studio builds websites in Framer, Webflow, and custom code, and continues into product design after the site ships.
The clearest outcome is Dualite, where design work supporting a repositioned ICP helped the product reach 100,000+ users in seven months. Recent clients include Wave, PixelFlow, Mi-VAD, and 15 other AI and SaaS teams.
Websites can be bought two ways. Fixed scope runs three to four weeks and suits teams with a launch date. Teams that keep shipping take a monthly retainer instead, covering new pages, campaigns, and product design, with no long lock-in. Fixed-scope projects end with a diagnosis of what is leaking in the product, not a handoff and goodbye.

Platform depth | Framer, Webflow, and custom code |
AI-sector proof | Yes. AI-native clients, published outcome on Dualite |
Pricing | Fixed scope or monthly retainer, quoted per project |
Team shape | Founder-led, small senior team |
Best fit | Newly funded teams with a fixed announcement date and a story that is still moving |
Maydit is the right call if the round is closed, the date is set, and the site still describes the last version of the company. Book a 30-minute call.
2. Trueform
Trueform is a Swiss studio built specifically around Framer, with clients including Miro, Morning Brew, and Bilt Rewards. For a team that just raised, the useful part is that they build natively in Framer rather than exporting a Figma file into it. That matters more after a round than before one, because the six months following a raise are when your positioning moves most, and a native build means a marketing hire can rewrite a section without booking developer time.
They are a small senior studio with no published team size and no Clutch presence, so the question for the first call is whether they can hold your date, not whether the work is good.

3. Pixelmatters
Pixelmatters is a Portuguese studio of 51 to 200 covering product and web design, with clients including Rubrik and UJET. They are one of the few teams on this list with genuine enterprise delivery experience at a size that can still take a startup seriously, which suits a Series A team selling upmarket for the first time.
Their published AI work is partial rather than deep, and a studio this size runs a heavier process than a four-week announcement sprint usually tolerates.

4. Kvalifik
Kvalifik is a Copenhagen studio of 11 to 50 with published AI client work and a client list including Veo and Maersk. Their appeal for a funded team is that they have shipped for both a startup and a shipping conglomerate, so they can tell the difference between a site that needs to look ambitious and one that needs to look safe.
They are Webflow-first, so a Framer-specific brief is not their home ground, and they do not publish pricing.

Best fit | European funded startups who want a senior team and are flexible on platform |
5. BX Studio
BX Studio is a New York studio of 11 to 50 with published AI client work including ASAPP, and enterprise CMS experience with Reddit and Headspace. The CMS point is the relevant one after a raise. Growth right after funding usually means programmatic pages, comparison pages, and a blog somebody actually has to maintain, and most sites fall apart at exactly that moment.
Webflow is their platform, so Framer is secondary, and their founding year is not published.

Best fit | Funded teams about to scale content who need CMS structure that survives it |
6. Foundey
Foundey is a San Francisco studio founded in 2021 working with early AI companies including DemandIQ and Traycer. They are close to the stage most newly funded teams are actually at, which shows in the work. There is less enterprise polish and more attention to explaining a product nobody has heard of yet.
They work in Figma rather than owning the build, so you will need someone else to implement, and they publish neither pricing nor team size.

Best fit | Seed and Series A teams who have a developer and only need the design |
7. Instrument
Instrument is a Portland studio running since 2005 with work for Nike, Microsoft, and Google. If your round came with a rebrand, this is the tier of studio that can handle naming, identity, and site as one piece of work rather than three vendors arguing over a colour.
Agency scale and agency pricing. A newly funded startup will be a small account here, and the process is not built for a four-week announcement deadline.

Best fit | Well funded teams treating the raise as a full rebrand rather than a new website |
8. Phantom
Phantom is a London and Auckland studio of 51 to 200 building immersive, AI-driven web experiences for clients like SAP and the Financial Times. Worth a call if the announcement itself is the campaign and you want something people share rather than skim, because they have the engineering depth to build things that actually run in a browser.
Campaign and experience work at agency scale, which is an expensive shape for a straightforward marketing site, and they do not publish pricing.

Best fit | Funded teams treating the launch as a campaign moment worth engineering for |
9. Ramotion
Ramotion is a San Francisco studio running since 2009 with brand and product work for Mozilla, Okta, and Netflix. They are one of the more established options here for identity work, which matters if the raise exposed that your logo and name were placeholders you never got round to fixing.
Their published AI work is partial, and a brand-led engagement is a slower and larger commitment than a site refresh before an announcement.

10. Push Refresh
Push Refresh is a very small Dallas studio working across Framer and Webflow, including migrations between them. After a raise the appeal is speed and directness. You talk to the people doing the work, decisions happen in one message, and nothing waits on an account manager who is relaying your deadline to somebody else.
A team this small has limited parallel capacity, and their published work is healthcare and services rather than AI or venture-backed software.

How to choose between them
Sort by what the money actually changed.
The product is the same, the audience got bigger. You need a clearer site, quickly. Studio Maydit, Trueform, or Push Refresh.
The raise came with a new name or a new category. That is brand work before it is web work. Instrument or Ramotion.
You are about to sell to much larger companies. You need a site that survives procurement and a CMS that survives content. Pixelmatters or BX Studio.
The announcement is the campaign. Phantom, for something built to be shared rather than read.
One test before signing. Tell them your announcement date on the first call and watch what happens. An agency that immediately works backwards from it and tells you what has to be cut is one that has done this before. An agency that says it should be fine has not.
